3. Order Cancellations:

4. Non-Personalized Item Exchanges:
We understand that personalization may limit the possibility of exchanging certain items. However, for non-personalized products, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving the order. The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs and any price differences between the exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.
